- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had to go there twice today and even made an appointment with Merrill Lynch Financial Advisor for 2:30 PM thru the branch manager of the B of A branch for my second visit. She took my cell number in case he could not meet with me for the 2:30 appointment. Upon arriving there, I saw him sitting in his office with door closed on the phone, so I sat and waited for him. Five minutes later, B of A branch manager (the same person I spoke with earlier in the day and made the appointment for me) comes up to me and tells me that the Financial Advisor can see me today and if I want to reschedule my appointment. I explained to her, I work Monday thru Saturday and have a day off every other Friday, and today is my day off. When I asked her, why no one called me before I made my trip to the bank, and that she had my cell number! She looked at me as if it was my responsibility to call to confirm the appointment. Well guess what B of A and Merrill Lynch, there are plenty of other financial institutions in this area. I am taking my business elsewhere.By John Khaziran, December 23, 2016
