- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have loved navy federal for many years. Every branch has been fantastic with the exception of this branch. I normally utilize the drive thru service because I have children with me and it is convenient..however, one specific teller is always "placing a hold on my check" with no explanation other than to call the 800 number. I've done this twice and each time they tell me it's at the discretion of the teller to decide. She is the only one who will hold my check, and not give any logical reason. Every other teller is very kind, helpful and always makes sure I'm satisfied. I've considered closing my account because of my interactions with this woman.
